Trepanning and Heat Treatment:
Drill collars are trepanned and drifted to API Spec 7-1. Full-length heat-treatment processes ensure that mechanical properties meet or exceed API Spec 7-1 requirements. A hardness range of 285-341, Brinell hardness and Charpy "V" notch minimum impact strength of 40 ft-lb at 70 F are guaranteed one inch below the surface.
Traceability:
Drill collar material and process traceability are maintained from receipt of the mill's certified raw material to completion of manufacturing. Serial numbers are die stamped on bar bodies.
Rigid Inspection Procedures:

The non-magnetic products of Dongying Lake is made from high-class low carbon stainless steel, and completely meets the requirement of API Spec 7-1 and SY/T5144 Standard. It has good low magnetic permeability, high mechanical property and perfect enduring intergranular corrosion cracking performance. 1.Application
Choke manifold is necessary device to control the well kick successfully and execute the pressure control technology on oil/gas well in the course of drilling,as it is,the device is adopted to execute new drilling-well's technique of balance pressure,which can avoid pollution of oil-layer,improve the speed of drilling and control blowout effectively.
One end of the device connects with the side flange of BOP spool.When BOP closes,it can control the finite pressure from casing by adjusting the choke valve's opening,so balanced drilling can work under minimum pressure-difference.

The choke manifold consists of choke valves,gate valves,line pipes,fittings,pressure gauges and other components.
3.Working Principles
When the pressure inside the well rises,opening/closing the choke valves(including manual chokes,hydraulic chokes and positive chokes)on the choke manifold can allow the release of the fluid inside the well so as to control casing pressure,which can be directly blown out through the gate valve if the casing pressure is quite high.

Down jarring

When pressure of jar is larger than the desired lower unlocking force, grapple will slide out from mandrel to release the locking and make down jarring. Repeating the above several times can force tool to produce continues down jarring.

1.Application

Casing Head is a new product for satisfying oilfield client's requirement. It has been applied widely for the well completion for different well depth. It is mainly used to fix the drilling Wellhead, connect down hole casing string, seal and control annular pressure.
The house of casing head is made of low alloy steel with high bearing capability and anti-H2S and access to on-site welding. Working Principle:
When wells must be sealed in case of kicks high pressure (10.5Mpa) oil from control systems enters into close-cavity under piston from housing oil outlet, to promote plastic core moving upward along ball surface, so that bearing tendons move closer to each other to moce the rubber between them to the center of wellhead so as to seal drilling tools or fully seal wellhead. In opening , hydraulic pressure oul enters into open-cavity above piston from housing oul inlet, to push piston moving downwards , so that plastic will reset with its own elasticity, wellhead will be open.

Working Principle
When wells must be sealed in case of kicks high pressure (10.5Mpa) oil from control systems enters into close-cavity under piston from housing oil outlet, to promote plastic core moving upward along ball surface, so that bearing tendons move closer to each other to moce the rubber between them to the center of wellhead so as to seal drilling tools or fully seal wellhead. In opening , hydraulic pressure oul enters into open-cavity above piston from housing oul inlet, to push piston moving downwards , so that plastic will reset with its own elasticity, wellhead will be open.
