Rock Metal offers a wide range of standard cartridge seals that are versatile and easy to install, suit a wide range of duties and are commonly used in applications in the chemical, pulp & paper, power, food & beverage, mining, water/wastewater and general industries. Cartridge mechanical seal is a collection of all the parts of the mechanical seal, such as the rotary ring, stationary ring, spring, secondary seal, gland, etc. The rotating and stationary parts of this seal are pre-assembled into a whole before installation. After inspection and pressure test, they are installed in the seal cavity, fixed to the pump shaft with set screws, tighten the seal gland bolts, remove the assembly positioning plate, and the mechanical seal can be in a parallel working state and put into operation. This is not only easy to assemble but also ensures the assembly quality. Advantages of Cartridge Mechanical Seals 1. All parts of the seal are assembled into a whole, with a compact structure. 2. The seal is pre-assembled into a whole, which ensures the working height of the spring, is conducive to the operation of the seal under the designed working conditions, and it is safer. It eliminates measurement errors and improves the reliability of the seal. 3.
