CHARCOAL GRILLS:
- Place 2 to 3 handfuls of Smoking Chips directly over ashed charcoal
- Do not spread, place them forming a mountain of chips or even better, you can make a pouch of heavy duty aluminium foil and put chips inside, leaving the top opened
- Wait 2 minutes until chips generate smoke and place the food on the grill
- Always cook with the lid closed to allow the smoke to penetrate and preserve all the smoky flavor
- Add more Chip every 15 minutes
- Soaking chips is optional. Wheather you do or not, they will infuse flavor to food
GAS GRILLS:
- Before preheating the grill, place 2 to 3 handfuls of Smoking Chips into the smoker box and place it over one gas burner, underneath the cooking grate
- Always cook with the lid closed to allow the smoke to penetrate and preserve all the smoky flavor
- As it smokes, you can turn down that gas burner
- Always generate smoke before placing the food on the grill
- Add more Chip every 15 minutes
- Soaking chips is optional. Wheather you do or not, they will infuse flavor to food
