PROCESS: Chopped hazelnuts are produced by cutting the raw or roasted hazelnut kernels with appropriate technique.
TYPE: Chopped in different millimeter sizes according to customer requests.
USAGE AREA: It is used as the raw material for chocolate, confectionery industry and as a snack for the end user.
ROASTING LEVEL: Natural Diced Hazelnuts desired humidity level is 4-6% with 5-30% skin level, for Roasted Diced Hazelnuts skin level is 5-20% and desired humidity level is 0,8-3%, for Blanched Diced Hazelnuts skin level is 5-10% and desired humidity level 4-5%. Roasting levels are: slightly roasted, roasted (dark, medium, low roasted).
CALIBRATION: Intervals from 0-12 mm or any caliber with 0-4 mm, 1-3 mm, 2-4 mm, 3-5 mm, 4-6 mm, 4-8 mm, 5-11 mm, 7-11 mm.
PACKING: In vacuum bags with carton boxes per 25 kg, 20 kg, 10 kg, 5 kg. All can be shipped on pallets.
