Over the past year, Jerome has purchased more than 20 batches of different types of hydraulic valves of test orders from more than 10 hydraulic valve manufacturers in Ningbo, including AAK. Finally, he chose to place the large order of hydraulic flow control valves with AAK, because the packaging details of AAK made him think that the quality of AAK hydraulic flow control valves is the most reliable.

Jerome is from a hydraulic equipment company in Italy. He sent an email last week to purchase 2,500 hydraulic flow control valves. I was surprised because Jerome always purchased small orders before. After e-mail communication, it was learned that Jerome has purchased more than 20 batches of different types of hydraulic valve test orders from more than 10 hydraulic valve manufacturers in Ningbo in the past year. The quality defect of the hydraulic flow control valves purchased last time was complained to the boss by the company's installation engineer. During the assembly process, the installation engineer found that several hydraulic flow control valves could not be screwed into the socket at all, mainly due to obvious bumps at the threads of the hydraulic flow control valves. The manufacturer believes that each hydraulic flow control valve has been pressure tested before leaving the factory and shipped only after it is qualified. The bump was caused by the carelessness of their installers. The installer showed the boss of the damaged package photos to reveal the reason. The American customer Andy, started to communicate with us in 2019. Maybe it was just not the right time, we still didn't partner with each other till the beginning of this year. Because of encountering a Waterloo at the previous hydraulic valve manufacturer, he turned the tables at AAK and regained his confidence.

At the end of last year, Andy purchased a batch of hydraulic flow control valves from a hydraulic valve manufacturer. Because 20% of the shipments leaked, he encountered customer claims. The old hydraulic valve manufacturer was unwilling to bear the claim or re-produce. The customer kept pushing for replacement hurriedly. The owner asked him to find a high-quality hydraulic valve manufacturer to reproduce the goods for the customer.

Andy had a big headache at that time. The replacement quantity is not big, the hydraulic valve manufacturers with exquisite quality were unwilling to produce the small quantity for him. The hydraulic valve manufacturers who were willing to produce this quantity, were not able to meet the customerâ??s requirement about the roughness of hydraulic flow control valve. To lose a large amount of money in the Hydraulic Flow Control Valve, AAK used a small amount of money to ease the worries of Brazilian customer

Bernardo comes from a hydraulic winch manufacturer in Brazil, and has cooperated with AAK several times on non-standard customized hydraulic cartridge valves. At the beginning of last year, Bernard company needed to purchase hydraulic flow control valves for a batch of hydraulic winches. Due to cost pressure, the boss asked Bernard to reduce the procurement cost of hydraulic flow control valves by 10%. This hydraulic flow control valve needs to be the same as HydraForce standard part. After a round of sourcing, Bernard determined the manufacturer of the hydraulic flow control valve. 7 months after the sale of the hydraulic winch, a customer complained that the sealing ring of the hydraulic flow control valve was broken, resulting in leakage, which caused the hydraulic winch to rise powerlessly. 6 months after the original manufacturer replaced the sealing ring with new one, the old problem happened again. The customer complained directly to the boss, who asked Bernard to replace all the hydraulic flow control valves within 1 month and asked the original manufacturer to bear the costs. Last week, Bernard sent an e-mail to express his thanks. All these hydraulic flow control valves have been assembled with AAK O-rings. It has been more than a year, and there has been no complaint of leakage caused by the rupture of the sealing ring of the hydraulic flow control valves. The boss also praised him for solving big losses with small money.

AAK Hydraulic Flow Control Valve with 3 major advantages, recognized by Yagmur

Yagmur is from T�¼rkiye and mainly purchases hydraulic cartridge valve standard parts from Ningbo. Recently, they developed a hydraulic drilling equipment that uses hydraulic flow control valves that are modeled after HydraForce standard parts, and purchased from a hydraulic valve manufacturer in Ningbo. During equipment debugging, it was found that the flow rate of the hydraulic flow control valve was unstable, and the leakage rate did not match the hydraulic system. Last week, Akjoor from T�¼rkiye left a message on the website of the hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer AAK: I need the lead time of producing a standard hydraulic cartridge flow control valve, but the precision of the valve cage must be controlled within 2m. After communication, we learned that Akjoor purchased 360 pcs of hydraulic cartridge flow control valves from another hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer. Except for the unstable valve cage accuracy, all other functions meet the requirements of their engineers.

This hydraulic cartridge flow control valve is actually not difficult, with a valve cage accuracy of within 2m is an additional requirement of Akjoor. Most hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturers are only able to copy standard parts. If there are additional requirements, stability can be a problem.

I sent Akjoor a video of hydraulic cartridge valve manufacturer AAK produced hydraulic cartridge flow control valve cages last time, showing how AAK controlled the accuracy of the valve cages in 3 steps.
