Heat Treatment : It is not necessary. If there is intensive processing, stress relief at 380 °C for 3 hours is recommended.
Hardness is the highest copper alloy. 40 - 41 RC is reached. Optionally, case hardened or solution obtained condition (20 - 22 RC) will be delivered. Abrasion resistance is very high. Compared to standard drawing bronze, has 2 times longer life. It also has high metal removal capability. Easier to process.
