Silicone masterbatch lysi-06 is our new product which dispersed in pp with ultra-high molecular weight (uhmw) silicone content. It overcomes the weakness of traditional silicone oil easily to screw slip. A small amount addition can improve the flow of the resin and processing properties. Now it is widely used to improve the lubricity and surface properties of plastic. Typical performance: Name: lysi-06 Appearance: white pellet Silicone content: %50 Resin: pp Dosage: %0.5-10 Features: Improving the processing performance, less extruder torque, reduced equipment wear, better mold filling and reduce product defect rate Obvious lower the coefficient of friction, improve surface smoothness, gloss·+ enhance the surface silk texture, scratch and abrasion resistance. Enhanced fuel resistance, reduced smoke density, improve the impact strength . Good stability, non-migratory and surface without precipitation. Applications: (1) Pp packaging film (2) Automobile interior trim materials pp/talcf=tpo ( to improve scratch resistance and surface properties ) (3) Bopp, cpp films Use methods: Lysi-06 mixed with its compatible resin at a certain proportion then molding or pelleting directly Recommend dosage: when added at 0.5%to 2%, can improve the productf+s processing, liquidity and mold release.
