Working Principle
Technological process: The pre-grinding raw ore material will be crushed into particlesï¼?10mm and transport to the feeding hopper by the elevator, then feed into the grinding chamber by the feeder. The grinding rollers equip on the rotary table rotates around the centre shaft. There is flexible gap between the roller and ring. The rollers rotate outward by the centrifugal function to compress the fixed ring. The rollers also self- rotates around the roller pin. When material passed through the gap between the ring and roller, the material will be smashed by the rotating rollers. Four layers of rollers. Material will be grinded 1st time when passing the 1st layer of roller and ring. Then be grinded second, third and fourth time when loop through each layer rollers. Thus the materials were grinded sufficient and obtain much fine powder. The powder fallen down onto the bottom table by gravity will goes up to the classifier for separation by the airflow from blower. The qualified fineness passing from the classifier will be collected by the pulse bag collector as final product, while unqualified fallen down for regrinding till passing through. The powder goes with air flow into the pulse bag filter and collects by the discharging valve. The wind path is in circulation and the airflow is in negative pressure. There will be no dust escape, so the equipment can ensure a no dust operation in workshop.

Working Principle of HGM100A ultra fine grinding equipment:
The main bearing and each dial are driven by electromotor of main machine through reducer, and numbers of rollers, which are rolling in the ring, are driven by dial through plunger. After crushed by hammer crusher, the big materials become small ones and are sent to storage hopper by elevator and further sent to the middle of first dial evenly by the electromagnetic vibrating feeder and feeding pipe. The materials will be driven to the edge of dial by centrifugal force and fall down into the ring, crushed and grinded by roller, and become powder after production of three rings. The high pressure centrifugal blower will inhale air from outside and blow the crushed materials to classifier. The rotating turbo in the powder concentrator will make the coarse material return to the mill and reground, while the fineness will mix with the air and go into the cyclone and be discharged in the discharge bin, which is at the bottom of it. Working Principle
Raw material is firstly broken by jaw crusher into required particle size, which are carried by bucket elevator up to the storage hopper. The vibration feeder then conveys the crushed materials at a fixed rate into the grinding chamber of the main unit for pulverizing. The three rollers hung upon the spider-arm are running around the shaft. With the centrifugal force, the four rotational rollers will go around the ring tightly. The raw materials is put up between the rollers and rings by the blade to make the raw materials into powder. The grinded materials is blown up to the classifier, through which the powder is separated by the airflow. Coarse particles fall back down to the mill for regrinding. The needed particles will go into the collector where products will be removed through the discharge opening. The purified air flows to the air blower through the pipe above big cyclone collector. Air flue is circular type. Air stream in all pipelines is negative pressure except for that in the air blower and grinding chamber, which improved the working condition in the workshop. Wind volume in air flue increases as the moisture in material changes into vapour leaking in from the flange conjunctions and feed opening. Added air volume is transporting through the air blower and after-wind pipe, to simple collector. The end powder enters the collector with air stream and discharged from discharge valve.
