The polished rod clamp is of butterfly structure, it is fixed on the polished rod as retaining device for the wire hanger. It makes the pumping unit horse-head connected with polished rod through rod eye lifting device, and then the polished rod append and support the load of sucker rod string. Description of Dead End Clamp for ADSS conductor
The Dead End Clamp for ADSS conductor is designed to anchor insulated service lines with 2 or 4 conductors to the pole or wall. The ADSS tension clamp is composed of a body, wedges and removable and adjustable bail or pad.The PA series Anchor clamps are design to supporting the neutral messenger,the wedge can be self-adjusting. Pilot wires or street lighting conductor are led alongside the clamp. The self opening is featured by an integrate spring facilities for easily insert the conductor into the clamp. Standard: NFC 33-042.

Material of ADSS tension clamp
The ADSS tension clamp body, the main mechanical component is manufactured in heavy duty weatherproof synthetic material.
The wedge, made from synthetic material exerts necessary mechanical pressure in retaining the cable in the body of the clamp.
The pull hook is made from anti corrosion rod.
For anchoring isolated coaxial and unipolar cables.

For the correct installing PA1500 dead end clamp, the following steps are recommended:
Loosen the mooring hook from the anchor clamp.
Place the hook en the place to be mooring point or support, fixing it inside the body of the clamp
Remove the wedge from its base and then place the cable within the clamp.
Replace the wedge to its corresponding position and proceed to tense the cable taut.

Power Line Suspension Clamp

Suspension Clamp Component Parts
The Suspension Clamp is not a single entity as it has a number of major components that make up the connection to the conductor. They are described below.

Main Body- This is the frame that supports the conductor ADSS Suspension Clamp and is made of aluminum alloy which is strong and corrosion resistant. This helps in maintaining the durability of the OPGW overhanging wire clamps.
Retainer- The purpose of this component is to connect the conductor of the transmission line to the body of the spiral suspension clamp.
Tape - This is a rope-like structure that is responsible for transferring the load from the swing axis directly to the insulator string. Straps are well suited for this role because they are made of galvanized material, which helps them achieve their purpose.
Washers - Usually used when the clamping surface is not vertical. This helps provide support for the aluminum suspension clamps and conductors. They are made of steel which helps in resisting corrosion and rust.
Bolts and Nuts- Bolts and nuts are used to secure connections when using fiber optic suspension clips mechanically. They are also made of steel to provide strength and corrosion resistance.
Threaded Inserts- These are the fastening elements of suspension clips that are injected into components with threaded holes to complete the connection. Threaded inserts are also made of stainless steel to resist corrosion and rust.
