These high-quality Brushless Motors products are available in size 24, 36, 42, 57, 60, 70, 86, 110, from under a Watt to up to 600 Watts of power. Many custom Brushless Motors options are also available, such as optimizing the maximum speed, torque, current, and/or voltage, as well as special cables, connectors, and shaft modifications.
With OSM's huge assortment of High-Torque Stepper Motors, a customer can select the most cost-effective solution, never sacrificing quality or system performance. The stepper motors product line ranges from the smallest Nema 8 stepper motors with 2.5 oz. inches of torque, to the largest Nema 42 stepper motors with up to 5,700 oz. inches of torque! A high-Torque Stepper Motors has a 1.8-degree step angle as standard, yet other step angles are available. Four, six and eight-lead configurations are standard for OSM's stepper motor product line, and are model dependent. Other options available are conduit boxes, special stepper motors windings, shaft modifications, as well as cable, connector, encoder, brake, and gearbox adders.
OSM's Linear Actuator product line ranges from the smallest NEMA 8 Linear Actuator with delivers thrust of 10 lbs (4.5 Kg), to the largest NEMA 23 Linear Actuator with delivers thrust of 200 lbs(90 Kg), These Linear Actuators are based on High torque Stepper Motor. Such as Nema 8 Stepper motor, Nema 11 Stepper motor, Nema 14 Stepper Motor, Nema 16 Stepper Motor, Nema 17 Stepper Motor and Nema 23 Stepper Motor. Three designs are available, captive, non-captive and external linear versions. We can customize the winding to perfectly match your voltage, current, and maximum operating speed. Special lead screw modifications, cables and connectors are also available upon request.
