CuCo1Ni1Be--CW103C (DIN 2.1285) Cobalt Nickel Beryllium Copper Alloy contains approximately 1% Cobalt, 1% Nickel and 0.5% Beryllium. After hot forging and heat treatment processes this material gains considerably hardness, electrical and thermal conductivity as well. It is possible to have different combinations of electrical conductivity and hardness by changing the heat treatment conditions;CuCo1Ni1Be also Offers good strength and hardness characteristics coupled with conductivity in the range of 45-60 percent of copper with ultimate tensile and hardness properties approaching 140 ksi and RB 100 respectively, all of its properties are quite the same as CuCo2Be-C17500 and CuNi2Be-C17510.

CuCr1 ¿C UNS.C18200 Chromium Copper is a heat treatable copper alloy offering good electrical conductivity, resistance to softening at elevated temperatures and good strength and hardness. This combination of properties makes C18200 one of the preferred resistance welding electrode materials for a variety of applications. Nominally composed of 99.1% copper and 0.9% chromium, this heat treatable alloy can be brought to its softest condition by annealing it at 1000ípC (1850ípF) for one-half hour at temperature, then rapidly quenching it in water. In this annealed condition, the alloy is ductile and easily formed, and has an electrical conductivity of about 40%.
International Specification:
Rods/Bars/Plates/Sheets: UNS.C18200, RWMA Class 2, CDA18200, ISO5182-1991
European Standards: CuCr, DIN 2.1291, CW105C to EN
Note: Unless otherwise specified, material will be produced to RWMA Grade.
