My name is Cesar Santamaría, and together with a team of experts, we manage over 30 million tons of olive oil per year, from privately owned crops of 1,475 families in southern Spain, located in the province of Jaen, known as the world capital of olive oil. We deal with the type of olive PICUAL. This type of olive is the most widespread throughout the world and most recognized for its organoleptic properties producing an olive oil with intense flavor, a high level of antioxidants and long lasting (time resiliency)
