The 3-way ball valve has particular structure and design of appropriative control system.It could be used widely in automatic controll systems and industrial sectors like metallurgy,mining, petroleum,chemical,electricity,light industy,watercraft and so on,matching with pneumatic control system.It is applicable to mixed or split stream project of different substance like fluid,gas or stive.We adopt dynamic balance four sides of seat sealed structure(Y type 3-way ball valve is three sides of seat sealed),this kind of structure make sure the good sealing:the slippery flow passage make the resistance of fluid to be weaker,and make the stream more smooth.The valve could be divided to L type and T type by the new open-back type of flow passage.The flange connection of valve could be designed accordding to the requirement of customer.

Fire safe, when seat is destroyed in fire, the metal seat ring will contact the ball to provide sealing
The pressure in the pine line push the seat ring moving towards ball, thus form the sealing; as the sealing is formed by the line pressure itself, the performance will be better, in the mean time, it also reduced the operation torque of the actuator; while the ball cavity pressure exceed the line pressure, the pressure difference will push the seat off the ball to release the excessive pressure to the pipe pine; when the temperature rises, it wont cause abnormal pressure rise in the valve cavity.
The pressure can be released to zero when the valve is in full close, full open or under pipe line pressure; also, the seeper, dirt or deposit can also be eliminated by removing the drainage plug on the valve body
In case the sealing element is destroyed by eye winker in the pipe line or smashing, sealant will be used to avoid leakage; the stem is designed with two part sealing, and sealant can be injected between.

1. Design and manufacture of product according to ANSI B16.34 and API600 and API 6D.
2. Compact structure, small bulk, perfect rigidity, safety and reliable.
3. Blow down part (disc) utilize flexible structure, can automatically compensate distortion of body due to abnormal burden or temperature,so seal reliable and prevent wedge disc being blocked.
4. Manual valve with size over or equal to NPS 10", class 150 pounds and size over or equal to NPS6", class 600~2500 pound equip with roller bearing to operate easily.
5. Material of main body. Material of trims, packing, washer, material of fastener can logically combine according to customers requirement or actual work status.
6. Exchangeable inside thread seat is used for NPS≿0" gate valve, random combine the material of surface of blow down part to meet the requirement of work status, prolong service life.
