Features:
1. The cut veneers are absolutely parallel: this accuracy is obtained by the fact that the whole veneer bundle is under pressure while cutting, so that buckles in the veneers will be straightened out. The cutting movement is done on both sides of the veneer edges at the same time.
2. Timesaving (short working cycle) : thanks to the high speed movement on the working table by servo motor with 3 sets of linear guides and 2 sets of ballscrews , the operator can simply cut veneer bundles by just one button.
3. Movable laser line (veneer optimizing system) ¡V the manually operated laser line for the position of the front knife is quickly set. The veneer width is transferred to the computer at the push of a button. The cutting process is then started automatically.
4. Computerized control panel ¡V this user-friendly control panel is able to hold with more than 50 sets of different veneer width at the same time in a direct program mode.

Features:
1. Second-Cut technology
This unique feature can only be found on all Innovator guillotines. When using the knife in the second position, a thin clip approx. 1 mm is cut off the veneer pack after the first trim. This Second-Cut feature can be necessary when working with thick or specially hard veneers.
2. Hydraulic-Driven for Knife and Pack Beam
All Innovator guillotines are completely hydraulic on both knife and pack beam. As a result, the pressure on knife and pack beam is individually adjustable and no mechanical damage will injure the machine in case that the machine is overload.
Seen from a safety point of view, the knife and pack beam will return to top-position immediately if the cutting cycle is broken.
3. Security
All Innovator guillotines are featured with two-hand operation of knife and pack beam. The movement of the pack beam against the veneer pack stops immediately if only one push button is released.

The VeneerSolid 950 is an entry-level machine ideal for "custom shops" with lighter application requirements (less than 8 hours run time per day). And this VeneerSolid 950 also meets all the splicing performance features of Innovator veneer splicing machine.
This machine enables users to avoid troubles caused by the traditional glue-thread splicing method. This machine is capable of splicing components for Diamond Match applications. The infeed rollers will accurately align the veneer by means of photocell sensor to avoid uneven alignment at the front end of veneers.
The ultimate crossfeed splicing machine is designed for glue-spliced joint for long and panel-sized veneer faces. The pre-glued veneer strips are fed into the machine manually with feeding stoppers for fast and easy operation. The integrated cut-to-size clipper at the outfeed section is for the designed-width faces.
Operators can also select the endless splicing model for jointing certain numbers of veneer strips. The production output of the crossfeed splicing machine is approximately 6 ~ 7 times faster than the longitudinal splicing machine. Together with our double sided veneer glue applicator, gluemate, and veneer fanning machine, fanningmate, a full set of veneer splicing line is completed.
