Application:
This model of honing machine is used for Taper & Cylindrical Roller Bearings races of dia 40 to 200mm. It includes honing of both type of races, Inners & Outers.
Design Features:
It has unique rigidly compact & more effective stick holder and oscillating unit which makes the easy operation and settings.
Operation:
Operator has to put the job on the table having two driving and two idler rollers. Then press the ON button to start the cycle. The complete cycle is finished within 10 to 30 seconds as per the size of the job. Oscillation speed can be set by A.C. Drive. The job speed is controlled automatically by driving rollers. The job track geometry gets corrected and required honing result is achieved by using proper grade and grit of stick. It is useful for lot production in bearing industry.
