The bale plucker is the initial stage for opening raw material in blow room, used for plucking bales of various grades of cotton and or man made fibre. Cotton bales placed in the round circle, the carriage rotates above the bales with a high revoluting beater and grid section in the carriage, the carriage plucks the bales. For every circle of the carriage will lower its position according to pre-set the distance. Such keeps the plucking continously and upto the lowest position. The plucked materials will sucked by the air ventilator in the next machne of the line with through put upto 800 kgs/hr.
