PROCESS
Right from the beginning of Peeling till the end stage of packing an Automatic Process method has been adopted to lessen the manual contamination of the product.
Specially our Frying method which has been installed in a totally Auto Controlled way with a Continuous Frying machine made up of fully stainless steel material to achieve the accurate results, uniformity and importantly without losing its Taste, Aroma, Texture, Flavour and controlled Fat contents in the final product along with no Rancid notes which is too Critical Control Point for this product, And finally after frying, the product is passed through strong rear magnets and is Metal Detected to avoid any Ferrous or Non-ferrous contaminants.
Thus Fried Onions obtained are packed in Multi Layered Aluminium Foiled bags for preserving them for a period of 1 year.

These Red and White Onion are available in standard size of 8-15 mm. The Raw Material used for producing Toasted Onions is basically dehydrated Onions of finest quality mainly Whitish A-Grade to achieve uniform color, aroma, taste, etc. And not at all B or C-Grade products, which is uneven, un-uniform, odorless, and aroma less, to make the product more economic.

All of this products prior to packing are passed on through our imported clinic line which includes BUHLER'S- Sortex's Auto Color Sorter used for sorting of goods without contaminating it instead of Conventional Manual Sorting; also Sortex's Precision Air Classifier is used for mainly removing Heavy Impurities (such as Stones, glass, wood etc), Metal Detector of Goering Kerr, and Magnets of Goudsmit for detecting of Ferrous and Non-ferrous particles.

Other Special cut sizes also available on request. Our products are assured to be clean and free from skin, wet pieces and unwanted burnt particles, also free from impurities and foreign materials.

This product is prepared from high quality, fresh, white varieties of allium cepa which have been washed, sliced, dehydrated, milled and screened to proper size. This product is not grown from genetically modified seeds nor is any processing aids derived from gm seeds. After final drying step and prior to milling the product is inspected and passed through magnets and metal detectors to remove ferrous and non-ferrous metallic contamination. Product will not be treated to with irradiation. Product comply with current good manufacturing practice in manufacturing, packaging.
