Yogurt production equipment consists of 4 pcs 1000 liters of yogurt fermentation tanks, transmission equipment and a fully automated filling line 150 - 200 grams plastic cups. Process operation requires two people and equipment can be made about 4000 liters (or 20000 pieses) of 200g canned yogurt cups or other similar product for a normal 8-hour working shift. Packaging equipment is manufactured in the 1980s by German Ganzhorn & Stirm (nowadays Casti) and an automatic product cup feeder has been added later on the line. Also the tray feeding device has been recently added. The production line is fully operational and suitable besides for yogurt production, also for all curdled / fermented milk packaging in 150g-200g cups.
Fermentation tanks are double walled 1000 liter stainless steel vertical tanks. The product temperature can be adjusted as desired (e.g.36C) by using heating water between double walls. Control valves are manually adjusted.
The fermented yogurt is transferred to two 100 liter feeding tanks of the packing line with gentle rotary lobe pumps. Filling the yogurt cups is fully automated 2-lane packing process. The main equipment are manufactures by German Canzhorn & Srimin. Later installed automatic cup feeding equipment places 150 gr - 200 gr cups in 2 rows on the filling machine. The filling machine fills cups in three phases; first to the bottom desired volume of jam and then two different layers of product mass. ( 3-layer of yogurt). The cups are closed with aluminum lids which is sealed with electric heater. Transfer conveyor moves closed cups on to a palletizing machine which loads 20 cups on each cardboard or plastic tray (tray is automatically fed by a tray feeding device) where full trays are moved to a stacker machine which piles several layers of trays (up to 1 meter tall) for transportation.

This flat surface pre-treatment and cleaning unit with open air / atmospheric-pressure plasma technology was originally made by Plasmatreat company in 2004, manufacturer's model FG1002 with Siemens PLC control system and then in year 2008 it was refurbished with new plasma nozzle directing robot and an aluminium profile structured operation table. Kisters Wrap Around Packer 310
Kisters fully automated wrap around packer model 310 is a single-lane, high-performance packing robot for producing wrap-around and tray packs from stable individual products. It can handle tins, cans, jars, glass and PET bottles, as well as pre-packed products from the beverage, hygiene and food processing industry with high packaging speeds.
It can process flat corrugated cardboard and full carton blanks in different qualities. In each case, the carton is folded tightly around the product groups and subsequently glued with hotmelt and it has a large and easily accessible cardboard blank magazine. Optimum packaging results are achieved in conjunction with the precise cardboard blank guides and the exact folding process.
Wrapping robot can handle a wide range of formats. The unit is PLC-controlled and it can be easily adjusted for other packing formats. This machine has been packing beer tins (12/24 x 0.3 liters and 12 / 24 x 0.5 liters) into cartoon wrap-around packs at speed of 60 packs / min. This laminating tunnel / convection oven is made by Swedish TRIAB / Tri Innovations AB in year 2006. The oven is designed for industrial use and in build up in two separable laminating sections, both equipped with one 40.5 kW hot air sections, one product and one return conveyors and common control unit. All product touching parts are made either of stainless steel (structures and panels) or Teflon made net belts. Convection belt (600 mm wide) is located inside of the oven tunnel and has grid type surface, the return conveyor is installed on the tunnel and it has tight waived Teflon belt. The control cabinet is attached to the equipment structures. The speed of laminating conveyor is adjusted with an inverter driven motor. This Powerpak 660 horizontal thermoforming machine (form/fill/seal) is manufactured by German Tiromat Krämer+Grebe GmbH & Co in 1998. It is designed for high capacity packing of various products in food and pharmaceutical industry. This unit has been packing bread in to vacuum pack and it is equipped with a three head hot foil printer, 2- gas mixing device for CO2 injection, separate vacuum pump, cross- and longitudinal cutters and water cooled upper cover of the forming unit. Construction material is food quality stainless steel and equipment is controlled with PC-programmable Tiromat Control Unit.
This unit has very little operation hours - estimated total 3000 hours - and therefore it is in excellent condition. Operating and service manuals in English, Finnish and German and machine comes with the CE-certificate.

Drum and Container Filling Line, Semiautomatic YOC 2006
The line is designed for filling both 1000 liter IBC’s and normal 209 liter drums / barrels. It consist of straight chain driven heavy duty roller conveyor which is carrying IBC’s or a standard pallet loaded with four drums / barrels through the filling process and conveying them for further storing. The filling machine is semiautomatic coarse-and-fine filling station; first is programmable volumetric and then fine filling with integrated weighing system. Cap closing / bunging and sealing will be made manually but a machine aided. The station operation is controlled by Siemens S7C programmable logic.
The line is manufactured in 2006 by Finnish company “Insinööritoimisto Jyrki Kekälainen” who is specialized supplying automation solutions filling and packing applications.
Operation description:
The operator lifts the empty containers on the conveyor (open the cap of container), the container will move into filling machine and it will be filled automatically with 2 "and 1 / 2" valves, coarse-and fine-filling. After filling the container will move out of the machine and the operator will fix the label and close the cap. After the filling station there is ~16 m long puffer conveyor for the filled IBC`s, where a fork lift will pick up the IBC`s
In drum filling the operator lifts the empty drums on pallet (open the caps). Then he lifts the pallet on the conveyor. In the machine there is an extra filling lence for the drums. The drums are filled on the weighing system of the machine which is controlling the filling of each barrel. After the drum is filled the operator move the lence into second drum and machine start to fill it. After all drums are filled the pallet will move out of machine and the operator will close the caps and fix the seals and labels.

The recovery plant is specially designed to recover CO2 from fermentation processes at breweries. This complete CO2 plant was installed in 2001 and it has nominal CO2 removal capacity of 1000 kg/h. The plant has Siemens S 7 control system where operation is carried our via a large 12 " color screen panel with Windows CE operating system. This is a complete CO2 recovery plant and final delivery scope depends on buyers needs. The plant has been in operation only approx 5 years and is still installed and in very good condition. There are two identical sets of oil-free, 2 lobe rotary blowers, made by Germand Kaeser Kompressoren GmbH in year 2005 with accessories. Manufactures type is Kaeser ED 420 Compact Omega Pluss 53 and accessories include a control cabinet with two inverters and programmable Kaeser Start Control STC 30 unit, totally 6 preliminary intake air filters and 3 final air intake filters with their steel supports. The rotary blower units have removable sound enclose for noise insulation. Operation of the equipment was stopped in year 2007, total running hours approx 7000 and therefore they are in excellent operational condition. This equipment is suitable for demanding dust collection and pneumatic transportation of various products due to oil free operation. For pneumatic transport application some changes in filters and other parts are needed.
The rotary lobe has two blower shafts with high efficiency Omega profile in a blower block. The rotary lobe and the block have a very small distance and they are not touching each other's and therefore there is no need for lubrication oil. The rotors are driven by high efficiency electric motor via belt connection and they both are installed on the same base frame. . The inlet and discharge silencers are designed to be effective at all frequencies and are eminently suited to variable speed . Higher rotational blower speeds produce high volumetric efficiencies, which in turn lower discharge temperatures and power consumption. The Compact Range ensures that all serviceable items are accessed from the front panels of enclosures.

We have totally 2 units of uninstalled complete wind turbines manufactured by Danish A/S Nordtank in year 1988, manufactures type NTK 130 with rated power of 2 x 145 kW. The mills are in good operational condition and ready for immediate shipment. The hubs are heat treated MEEHANITE hubs made by company SABROE and are equipped with cast iron construction which allows adjustment for blade pitch angle. The blades are made by Danish company LM- Glasfiber, material is glass fiber reinforced polyester and they have self-supporting structure with bushing roots. The blades have also hydraulically activated tip brakes which automatically rotate the tips to a 90 degree break angle when wind is lost or it can be used for maintenance stoppage. The gear box in made by German Lohman & Stolterfoht and it is two step planetary gear type with high AGMA rating of 302 kW. The break system is 100% fail safe Nortank’s own hydraulically / mechanically activated brakes. Both units have they own Motorola 6809 multi-microprocessor operated control units which are housed in dust proof steel cabinets.

The equipment is designed and manufactured by Gough & Co Ldt, UK in year 1999 / installed in 2000, manufacturer’s type single deck Vibracon GVF4. We have totally 3 identical units which were dismantled in 2007 and all of them are in very good operational condition. These are single deck circular screen design for high velocity scalping, de-watering or single deck separation in chemical and pharmaceutical industry. (These units were screening oversized particles in PVC - granulate factory truck loading station) The perforated screen and all product touching parts are made on stainless steel AISI 304L. Top deck houses the screen and the discharge spout for oversize particle removal is fitted to it. Top deck is supported with mechanical spring and vibration movement is created by two contra rotating vibrating motors on the outside of the unit so there are no internal working parts. The vacuum evaporator is made by Italian Ecoteck in year 2003 and operation was stopped in early 2009 and it is in very good operational condition. This unit is made for concentrate acidic liquid wastes and therefore all liquid touching parts are made of acid proof steel ( SS 2353) or PVC. The evaporation capacity of the unit is 5000 liters / day. The unit is a complete working unit and it includes evaporator, boiler, heat pump, centrifugal pump, water-air cooler, steam ejector, control unit and all other necessary equipment to complete the unit.
Operation principle:
Steam rises from the boiler through a drop dispenser to the cooling unit where it condensates. The condensate drops with the gravity down to vacuum system. In-build heat pump heats up the cooling media and simultaneously cools down the condensate. Water – air cooler cools down the extra heat from the process. Necessary vacuum is generated with a centrifugal pump and a steam ejector. Condensate rejection takes place in accordance with prescheduled frequency.

The Chip Conditioner consists of two heavy duty rolls with removable profiled surfaces. They rotate towards each other and pull the oversize chips between them. The profiled surfaces are aligned so that the pyramid apexes on one roll travel in the valleys of the apexes on the adjacent roll. With normal oversize wood, the Conditioner typically generates less than 1% fines and 3% pins
The normal application for the Chip Conditioner is in a chemical pulping process, processing the oversize materials by fissuring the wood chips parallel with the grain to allow the cooking liquors to penetrate the chip, and allow the oversize chip to cook as an acceptable size chip. An important feature of this machine is its ability to handle small portions of tramp without going off-line. With the so called Dynagage Conditioner, the dynamic roll is allowed to move away from the static roll, and once the tramp is through the unit, the roll automatically moves back to the proper set point without shutting down the flow and together with slow rotation speed enable were low down time and maintenance costs.
