- air-beverage separating type overflow filler

- external filling barrel
Filling tank, which is separate, is placed outside of the machine. The product through the buffer tank of machine flow to filling valve and then filled into the container. It could increase the filling stability, and external filling barrel are easily washed.
- star wheel & guard device
Bottles are transferred from filler to capper by the bottle neck-ring hanging type star wheel & guard device. Then transferred to discharge convey or by the stirrup-cam type star wheel & guard device.
- electromagnetic type volumetric filling valves
Filling valve, which is adopting electromagnetic type, reacts to the flow then the filling valve closing. It could reach the volume exactly and has a no bottle no fill mechanism.
