Casting film: referring to raw materials melted inside the extruders, the melt are extruded through narrow opening (T-Die) and formed cooingly though the quench roller. Owing to the use of quench roller, it is realized of high production speed triple or four times that of blowing films and high transparency, small thickness tolerance and the unique film transverse lengthways capacities.
The output of casting films in the developed countries fa exceeds that of blowing films.
The advantages of the casting film:
Including high transparence, superior stiffness, excellent moisture-proof capacity, excelling heat resistance, easy heat-sealing and high heat-sealing intension, because of which the casting films are occupying the more and more important position in the field of packing.
Application: packing for food, stationery, grocery, textiles and costume and used to compound with other films as internal materials and so on.
