1. Reasonable structure design makes cleaning machines much easier and thorough. You can open the lid to clean the space between shell and rotating drum conveniently.
2. Frame is plate structure, and the barycenter of the machine is fallen down. So you can get a smaller installing space. Plate frame can be used as operation platform.
3. Liquid damping absorber can effectively eliminate vibration. This makes ordinary maintenance much easier.
Spray system is used to clean inside surface of shell, inside and outside surface of rotating drum, and other invisible parts in the centrifugal machine. This guarantees the cleanness and also corresponds to gmp standard.
4. It can be started up by transducer stably. Separation sufficient can be adjusted. It is equipped with contactless energy consumption braking system and anti-static belt conveying. Sealing parts are made of silicon rubber or fluorin rubber. It can realize the requirement of obturating explosion prevention, so it is suitable for the application of poisonous conditions or the conditions in which the material which can easily get fire or explode.

Plough-shear mixing machine
Ldh plough-shear mixer mainly consists of conveying system, horizontal body, shears and fly bars, with the function of the plough-shear, on one hand the material moving along the inner side of the drum body circumferentially and radially, on th other hand, the material was being splashed along the normal of the double side of the shears, when the material touched the fly bars.
It is thrown by the fly bars with high rotary speed, with the multiplex function of the plough shears and fly bars, the material is convecting, espanding and turning over, so that it could obtain a good mixing efficiency in a short time.
Its structure is suitable for mixing the solid at the same time adding the liquid, and also for mixing wet granules which diameter is ranging from 0.3-3mm.
Extruder
We mainly produce extruders for profiles, pipes, sheets and boards. Double screw extruder has a series: sjsz45, 55, 65, 80 and 92. Single screw extruder has a series: sj25, 30, 45, 65, 90, 120 and 150. All extrusion line adopts infinite speed variation by frequency converter, overload protection, trouble alarm, constant oil temperature in screw, oil cooling in barrel and the devices of vacuum exhausting as well as fixed quantity feed.
The electric parts are from world famous brand, such as simens, omron, mitsubishi, abb, lg and rkc.
Dump station
We can design kinds of bulk dump system combining auxiliary discharging, weighing, dust collectors and material conveying according to clients' requirements. For example, tbere are big bag dump stations with hoist. And also there are big dump stations adapted to forklift operation. And there are dump system with dust exhaust system adaptable for small bag dumping.
