1) air hammer forged steel balls
2) rolling-forged automatic production line designed by our ourselves, this production line is controlled by automatic equipment, so the hardness is high and toughness is good.
3) rotary-cut automatic production line, this production line gets five national patent. Currently, we mainly use this production line to produce forged steel balls, so the product quality is quite steady and good.
7. Inspection
Huamin have a full set of inspection equipment.We can test hardness, hadness distribution, chemical composition, impact value, micro-structure, dropping test and so on.
8. Packing
Huamin have two kinds of packing method: steel drums or container bags, this two kind of packing can both meet the requirement of repeated shipping and storage, customers can choose any one.

Huamin forged steel ball can be divided into low carbon, medium carbon, high carbon steel ball based on the carbon percentage.
The carbon content is below 1.2%. The chromium content is 0.1%-1.3%.
2. Cast grinding steel balls
As another type of grinding media, cast grinding steel balls can provide Cr (1%-28%), hardness (HRC40-66), and Diameter (10mm-150mm) alloy cast steel balls.
They can be divided into low chromium, medium chromium, high chromium, super high chromium grinding ball (CR20%-28%).
The forged steel grinding ball is excellent in surface quality, toughness, and resistance to impact and abrasion. It won't crack and lose circularity easily.
1) In general, forged grinding steel ball has high hardness: Surface hardness to 55-67 HRC, volume hardness of 56-64 HRC
2) impact toughness high: Impact toughness more than 12 J / cm2.
