Nitrocellulose
Packing:
1. Nitrocellulose is packed in galvanized steel barrel (280 liters) lined with polythene film bag according to DOT-17H. Net weight is 100kg for per barrel.
2. Nitrocellulose for domestic is packed in composite fiber drum lined with polythene film bag. Net weight is 20-25kg per drum.
3. Nitrocellulose may also be packed in composite fiber drum lined with polythene film bag. Net weight is 30-35kg per drum
Usage:
Nitrocellulose chips is mainly used in industry of nitrate lacquer, coating, printing, moisture-proof glass paper, etc
Packing:
1. Nitrocellulose is packed in galvanized steel barrel (280 liters) lined with polythene film bag according to dot-17h. Net weight is 90-120kg for per barrel. Quantity for 40 feet container is 14.4-19.2ton.
2. Nitrocellulose may also be packed in composite fiber drum lined with polythene film bag. Net weight is 50kg per drum. Quantity for 20 feet container is 11.25ton.
Flame retardant
1) The purity degree is high, CEPPA content 99%.which is the highest in domestic market.
2) The slice produced through polymerization which endures spinning,dying . processes will not lower the function of flame retardant.
3) It can spin thin and long silk
4) The environmental protecting permanent type polyester slice made from it doesn't contain halogens, it has the feature of being easy to be carbonized while xxxxx smoke density is 1/3 of the common polyester. It's a product which can protect the environment and has low smoke, no toxicity
