Multi-bags filter
Weirity multi-bags filters offer a wide range of flow capacities. They can contain more debris, and they are suitable for where change the filter bags after a long time. One single filter, maximum operating flow of 1080m3/h. Quick-open design is convenient for daily maintenance. Provide cs, 304/316 stainless steel construction. Bcm washing filter
Characteristic of products: flow rate can reach 681 m3/hr for single system, auto-back-wash (without people operation).

Structure & working principle:
When it need wash(controlled by time or differential pressure), especially for the housings, please turn off the inlet, and then turn on the contamination-draining passage, differential pressure lead partial fluid after filtration change its way and flow down, to make dregs wash/rinse to contamination-draining vent . If the filtrate is quite dear/expensive or harmful, we suggest you use the exterior kick-back washing configuration. Filter is self-service operation, and it can work at a long time. The precision of filtration is from 1¼¬m to 1, 700¼¬m. Filter is widely used in many kinds of fields, it owes to its design of modularization(standard), and it can not only satisfy the throughput of production , but also can be configured flexibly/neatly. Bcm(back-cleaning motor) can put 2 to 20 housings on to the same bracket , therefore, it makes its low cost changing into expansion of productivity come true. Using easy-clean cartridge greatly saves the labour costs, clean costs and production loss in using bag and container-filter, furtherly reduce the operation costs of productive periods, extend your firmf+s throughput.

Wf30-11 Cone-shaped Flow meter pipe type
Specification: cone-shaped flow meter is a new-style of high accuracy flow meter which can measure various of medium. A cone is positioned in the center of the pipe to block the liquid and create a differential pressure between upstream & downstream, this pressure difference can be corresponding to medium flowrate. Two pressure port are provided on two side of flow meter as high pressure port and low pressure port.

WF30-12 Cone-shaped Flow meter Pipe type
Specification: Cone-shaped flow meter is a new-style high precision flow sensor who can measure all kinds of media. The cone piece throttle hanging over the pipeline center can baffle the fluid, which forms into differential pressure at the up and downriver of the cone. The p corresponds with the media flux, and there are two pressure ports located at the forth and after of the flow sensor respectively positive pressure port and negative pressure port.
