Welding blankets
Welding blanket is made of fiberglass fabric. It is an ideal replacement for asbestos product used for thermal insulation and heat protection. It will not burn, rot, mildew or deteriorate and resist most acids. It is suitable for temperature up to 550c.Deg. Welding blankets are designed to help protect employees from welding hazards.
Various treatments are available such as graphite coating, vermiculite coating and heat treatment. With these treatments, the welding blankets give higher temperature resistance, reduce the tendency for molten metal to penetrate the cloth and improve abrasion. Blanket with different size and thickness can be custom fabricated to meet customer specific requirements.

Aluminium filter fabric
This product is woven with specific high-twisted yarn and then treated, the heat-resistance temperature of this product can be up to 700c.Deg and even above 800 c.Deg if with special treatment. It is an ideal material to filter aluminum in smelting and casting process.
Series nettings can be provided, having advanced technology and stable quality. They are widely used for filtration of molten aluminium in foundry of automobile wheel motorcycle wheel cylinder piston as well as aluminium alloy parts. The filter netting and filter fabric are particularly effective to separate bubbles nip ashes suspended oxides and other impurities from the molten aluminium so as to avoid other metal intermingled and ensure the quality of aluminium casting.
Compared with other metal filter, the products possess same characteristics of high temperature resistance and stable meshes. In addition, they will help to utilize the waste material (netting pieces float on the surface of molten aluminium). Glass fiber filter netting and filter fabric are excellent filtration materials for foundry.

Silica mesh for casting filter
High silica fiberglass mesh for casting filter is treated by high-temperature resistant coating to form rigid sheets. It is used for filtering melting metal in the casting of cast copper grey cast iron ductile cast iron and small scale cast steel and each heavy alloy.
In order to adapt to different cast application, we can make abnormity mesh for casting filter , such as disc íócupíó small basket shape meshes and so on.

Silica fabric
The product is a special fiberglass fabric which contains more than 96% silicon dioxide, loss on ignition <10%. Excellent heat resistance, it can withstand continuous temperatures of 1000 degrees celsius for long periods of time, and instantaneous temperatures of up to 1500 degrees celsius. The product is primarily used in hot work such as welding and burning operations. It is an ideal replacement for asbestos and useful for high temperature thermal and electrical insulation in severe application environments.
The fabrics have two weave styles , and can be treated in different ways in order to meet specific purposes.
