Uses
Micro-aire glass air media is the most widely-used hvac media in the world. This high-loft microglass media has repeatedly been shown to provide consistent performance in real-life applications. No other media has been more thoroughly tested for both performance and safety. It can also be used in difficult high-temperature, class-1 fire-rated, or oil-mist applications where synthetic media often fail. Micro-aire is ideal for extended-surface pocket filters or deep-pleated rigid box filters.
Standard export packing.

Nano cartridge filter media
Description
Combifil nano is a composite of polyester spunbonds and nano fibers. The combination of state-of the-art spunbond and nano fiber technologies together provide high performance filtration solutions.
Nano media Traditional spunbond media
Combifil nano 478/235 reached the efficiency of the most ptfe coated media on the market. While possessing as low pressure drop as traditional spunbond media.
Uses
478/235 nano media is the ideal filtration media for industrial cleanable dust collectors. Application includes process air, power stations, production areas, powder systems and shot blasting systems. It can replace ptfe coated media for most of applications.
Advantages
This world-class composite has been developed to exceed the established standards in industrial air filtration. The innovative, superfine nano structure allows a highly sophisticated balance between superior particle retention and outstanding air permeability, thus creating a milestone in air filtration performance. The superb filtration performance of combifil nano is characterized by high initial filtration efficiency compared to standard.
The properties of 478/235 nano include:
Three-dimensional structured surface
High tensile strength
Thermal and humidity resistance
Product benefits:
Best-in-class filtration efficiency
Outstanding pleatability during processing
Excellent cleanability
Low pressure drop
Customer benefits
Long product lifetime
Longer cleaning cycles
Low energy costs during operations.
Polyester cartridge filter media
Description
Johns manville thermo-bonded polyester spunbond media is a blend of coarse filaments larger than 4 dtex and fine filaments smaller than 1.5 dtex. The filaments of different diameters are laid onto the web in different layers, starting with fine at the filter surface to coarse at the exhaust side.. The fine filaments will significantly increase particle retention and at the same time the coarse filaments will minimize the loss of pressure for low energy usage costs. This innovation technology makes jm cartridge filter media possess both high filtration efficiency and low pressure drop.
Jm offer 3 weights to the market 170 gsm, 235 gsm and 260gsm. Media with special treatments such as aluminized (anti-static) and oleo-hydrophobic are available at requests.
Uses
Jm cartridge media are widely used in the world by many renowned cartridge equipment makers for applications below:
Industrial cleanable cartridge systems
Sand blasting systems
Powder coating systems
Heavy duty vacuum cleaner
Mechanical engineering
Advantages
The superior product properties of jm polyester spunbond include:
Lower weight and much higher filtration efficiency (due to fine filaments)
Low pressure drop
Excellent stability
High tensile strength
Optimum pleating properties
Excellent self-cleanability.
