High power organic soil conditioner (hi-po) is and organic product derived from fully matured compost plant waste material that blended with oxidized lignite stabilizer and clipnotilolite. Hi-po substances produced by the decay of organic matter. (hi-po) can be subdivided into five major fractions: humins, humic acid, fulvic acid, fiber and ion catalytic. Collectively they function as follows:
