1) Product Introduction
Glass beads for sandblasting has the features of chemical stability, high mechanical intensity and hardness. They can be� blasted onto the object surface with compressed air and can be used on compress glass, rubber, plastic, moulds with metal casting or compressing. The jetting balls would help reduce elasticity of the surface materials and increase wearing capacity.

High Strength Glass Beads (for Blasting)
With compressed air as implicit power, this product is made by sprinkling beads under high speed and pressure on the surface of workpiece for peening and polishing.
Other purposes of the products are as follows:
1.� Clear diverse moulds of impact forging, forging, glass, rubber and plastic, metal casting and extrusion.
2.� Eliminate tensile stress, increase fatigue life and enhance stress corrosion resistance. For example, aircraft engine turbo, vane, shaft, undercarriage, diversified springs and gears, etc.
3.� Clean and remove slitter edge and burr on the circuit plate and plastic-sealed geminate transistors before stannum soldering
4.� Remove stems in the piston and cylinder and provide bright and half-lackluster surface for medical mechanical instruments and automobile parts
5. Clear electromotor and such parts as loop, electric brush and rotor of during heavy repair
6.� Clean up and remove burr of metal tube and precisely-melten non-ferrous metal tube. Be used for peening aggrandizement and polishing of textile machinery parts.

Hollow glass microspheres, made of Soda Lime Borosilicate Glass, are hollow spheres which grain size is 10-250microns, wall-thickness 1-2 microns, filled with inert air or gas. They are produced at the high temperature of 700-800 degrees Celsius through complicated chemical and physical transformation. Hollow glass microspheres are white and the specific gravity of them is about 0.25-0.60g/cc. They have much merit, such as lightweight, great buoyancy, hard, rigid, waterproof, innoxious, insulative, low heat conductivity, higher mechanical strength and excellent chemical stability,etc. Their surface was treated by the special way and the products are dispersed very easily in organic materials such as resin.

They can decrease the weight of the composite materials and the composite materials have excellent performance of sound insulation and heat preservation, and they can improve the mechanical performance of the composite materials such as strengthened rigidity, enhanced anti-impact property, excellent anti-breaking property and re-processing function. Hollow glass microspheres are applied in a wide range of fields such as aviation, space flight, new bullet train, luxurious yacht, adiabatic dope, bowing balls, in which they play a distinctive role. Hollow glass microspheres are the excellent sensitized of emulsion explosive. They can improve the detonation property of emulsion explosive and prolong the shelf period of emulsion explosive. When used in the resin putty, hollow glass microspheres can increase the volume of resin putty, improve its polishing function.
