1.Buyer issues lol with full banking coordinates and permission to seller's bank to contact our bank for soft probe of founds.
2. Seller issue the fco
3. Buyer sign seal and return the fco
4. Seller issue's draft of contract
5. Fax or courier exchanges of hard copy of contract
6. Buyer issues pre-advice of lc to seller's bank
7. Pop only be done after signing the contract and pre-advice from lc via buyer & seller by bank via swift
8. Buyer issues lc and seller post 2% performance bond to activate lc
9. Seller prepares shipment after operative lc
