Livestock Flour

As byproduct of wheat milling we have wheat livestock flour. This flour is composed of bran and impurities of milling wheat: small and broken wheat seeds, that is broken to certain size. Livestock flour from our mill is used directly as animal feed and for preparation of concentrate for feeding livestock.


Wheat Flour T 500

Wheat flour type 500 is widely used in baking industry. This type of flour is characterized by high level of mineral fibers, proteins and vitamins. It is used for production of bread, rolls, pizza, noodles and other sweet and salty pastries.
We pack it in 25 kg, 10 kg, 5 kg and 1 kg bags.


Type 400 Flour

Wheat flour type 400 that is produced in our mill is made of the top quality wheat varieties. It has high extensibility level and energy, it has distinctly white colour. It is used for production of cakes and puffed pastry.

Wheat Extra Wite Flour Type 400 Pie

Wheat extra white flour T400 special marked "00" is a soft flour and is suitable for making dough for pie, puff pastry and fine pastries.
It is packed in 1 kg and 25 kg bags.


Wheat Extra Wite Flour Type 400 "00"

Wheat extra white flour T400 special "0" which is obtained from top quality wheat is suitable for making pizza dough. It is characterized by high energy and excellent extensibility.

Wheat semolina is produced by milling cleaned and prepared wheat.
Wheat semolina is made from the inner part of wheat seed.
