We are a leader in solar energy through our third-party sales operations in Gujarat. Under the "Solarism" brand, we develop and maintain grid-connected Independent Power Producer (IPP) solar power projects. Our revenue comes from supplying electricity generated by our solar plants to esteemed business entities via Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs).
Our Solarism facilities span over 25 locations in the Bharuch district of Gujarat. Additionally, we have established 66 kV and 11 kV transmission lines to facilitate the evacuation of solar power to nearby substations of the Gujarat Energy Transmission Corporation Limited (GETCO).
We develop, transfer, operate, and maintain grid-connected solar power projects for our Captive Power Producer (CPP) customers. Our revenue model involves selling solar power projects tailored to meet customer needs. These captive solar plants enable companies to reduce electricity costs, as the per-unit cost is typically lower than that of DISCOMs.
Our goal is to deliver exceptional value through our turnkey solutions, which include access to shared power evacuation infrastructure and a pool of grid-connected land for solar power generation. Additionally, we provide Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services through dedicated agreements, creating a long-term annuity revenue stream.
