1. Hard coated low-e glass
Hard coated low-e glass also called on-line low-e glass, is using CVD (chemical vapour deposition) technology put the film coated on the surface of the glass when the glass produced from the float line. Because the film layer is stable, the coated glass can be transported and processed same as normal glass. At the same time, hard low-e glass also has the effect of energy saving, the thermal radiation rate of normal glass is 0.84, the thermal reflectivity is 0.16, the thermal radiation rate of hard low-e glass is 0.17, and the thermal reflectivity is 0.83.
