White Fused Alumina (white corundum)
WFA Abrasive blasting media is made of 99% aluminum oxide powder as raw material, which is refined and crystallized by electric melting (thus white corundum is also called fused alumina and white fused alumina). The white corundum sand produced by our factory has high purity, low impurities, low sodium content, uniform particles and high whiteness.

1. The Al2O3 purity is high(99%min). So the hardness & grinding ability is high with good grinding efficiency.
2. High wear-resistance. Even in high-temperature circumstances, the strength is still excellent.
3. The white fused aluminum oxide powder is suspension treated by water. So it is of flowability and easy to scatter.
4. Low oil absorption especially for water-based paint.
5. Neutral property with PH value around 7-8.
6. High whiteness. It doesn't affect the color of paints or coatings adding Al2O3 powder.
