Coffee Type:
Marsellesa ( Arabica plus) Cup: smooth, sweet, good acidity and body, and a lingering aftertaste, fruity flavors.
AnaCaf�© 14 (cross of catimor and pacamara) Cup: mild kiwi like acidity, herbal tea notes, full body, excellent cup, bright and complex. Best for french press.
Bourbon Orange Cup: high quality coffee with citric and fruity notes, sweet and floral. Medium to high body, very creamy, bright acidity. Flavors orange sweets and mandarine. Aftertaste caramel, honey and sweet
Pacamara Washed (84%) Cup: medium to light roast. Sweet lemony light roast, high quality cup with a floral note, lemon acidity and suprisingly sweet aftertaste. The higher the altitude the Pacamara is grown, the intenser the flavor. Medium to dense body, creamy texture. Sweet notes of butterscotch, cinnamon, rich chocolate. Juicer citrus of rasberry and orange with a prominent jasmine undertone.
Pacamara Yellow Honey (84%) Cup: very clean acidity, vibrant juicy. Flavors of mango, lemon, concord grape, roasted pecan, barley malt syrup and brown sugar. Smooth creamy and round body. Aftertaste of sweet lemon, yellow tropical fruit, roasted almonds, concord grape, coconut and butterscotch.
Pacarama Natural (90%) Cup: medium to light roast. Sweet lemony light roast, high quality cup with a floral note, lemon acidity and suprisingly sweet aftertaste.
