Seller send SPA (Sales Purchase Agreement) in word format for amendments.
The seller & Buyer signs the Sale Purchase Agreement (SPA) based on the Business terms and conditions agreed between the Seller & Buyer via email & express courier based on the FCO & ICPO within 5 working days.
After the completion of the signing the SPA, the buyer or his representative should fly down to Zambia. Inspect goods at seller's warehouse, Pay and move them to Bonded warehouse
