EXCELSO SUPREMO screen 17/18, this type of coffee is characterized by large, even and flat grains retained above the # 17 - 18 mesh with a 5% flexibility under this mesh but retained by #14 mesh.
EXCELSO UGQ: Usual Good Quality Screen 14/16 has a mix of flat and Caracol beans, mixing large, medium, and small beans, which are retained above mesh size 14. With the flexibility of 1,5% maximum of beans allowed under this screen.
