Product Detail:
Ceramic beads spherical sand is made of mullite crystals and fired at a high temperature. It is an artificial foundry sand that is regarded as the right substitute for cerabeads, chromite sand, zircon sand, fused silica sand, and even silica sand. It can obviously reduce the binder addition for resin coated sand and self-hardening sand.

Applications:
1.Foundry sand, substitute for chromite sand, cerabeads, silica sand and other foundry sands.
2.Sand for applications where high accuracy in dimension and surface smoothness are required
3.Sand for rapid prototyping and Additive Manufacturing (AM)
4.As reusable foundry sand
As a neutral material, it has been widely used for cast iron, cast steel, stainless steel and nonferrous metals casting, such as lost foam casting, resin coated sand, self-hardening sand, cold core box, precision casting and 3D printing sand.
3D sand printing is a kind of rapid prototyping technology, also known as additive manufacturing. It can be used to produce various complex casting sand molds and cores. Compared to natural sand and other foundry media, Ceramic Sand deliver sand mold and core with a range of benefits:
Higher-strength sandcasting packages
High heat resistance, with low thermal expansion
Improved final part resolution and surface finish
Reduced waste and dust, with high reclamation value
As the sand 3D printer material, now our partners are ExOne, Voxeljet, KOCEL, etc.
