Wood pellets are biological materials that, when burned, will create high combustion efficiency and not pollute the environment.
Wood pellets are produced from natural materials such as wood chips, which are compressed under high pressure and pressed through ready-made holes.
Technical characteristics of wood pellets
- Diameter: 6-8mm.
- Length: 10-40 mm
- Moisture content: less than10%
- Ash content: 1%- 3%
- Calorific value: 4,500 - 4,800 Kcal/kg.
We can supply items that are appropriate for each customer's requirements.
The advantages of wood pellets
- Low cost, high energy.
- Increase the service life of boilers and combustion equipment.
- Convenient transportation, save storage space.
- As a renewable, clean, non-polluting fuel source
- Take advantage of the ash to make clean fertilizer
Wood chips are small pieces of wood from 1 cm to 3 cm in size that are born in the process of cutting and sawing large wood to create beautiful wooden products.
Uses of woodchips:
- Input materials in the production of pulp, incense, chipboard,...
- Substitute other types of combustion materials.
- Raw materials for processing and producing wood pellets.
- Woodchips can be used as plant fertilizer to help plants grow faster and healthier.
Production Process
Step 1: Exploiting and purchasing wood materials from 3 main sources: the company's own plantation forests; purchasing from forestry companies; and purchasing from households.
Step 2: Determine the weight of the ingredients by electronic scale, then use a wood veneer peeling machine to remove the bark.
Step 3: Raw materials follow the conveyor belt to the wood chipper, where they are processed into chips, and chips follow the conveyor belt to the sieve.
Step 4: Select and categorize the chips
- Good, right-sized, satisfactory chips will be transferred by the conveyor system to the chipyard.
- The chips are not the right size. They will be returned to the wood chipper to be processed into standard sizes, and when they meet the requirements, they will be transferred to the chipyard.
- The sawdust is taken to the disposal site.
