Ceramic Bobbin heater is a unique steatite and Cordierite heating element, which can be installed freely to directly heat the air. In the manufacture of bobbin heaters, we use ceramic segments and combine them to form the required length. These segments have notches, and we can place open heating coils in these notches. With this design, it is possible to prevent the heating coil from contacting the chassis and maintain good electrical insulation.
Global Ceramic Bobbin heaters are also used to indirectly heat liquids, air and gases that stick to the radiant tube. Put these tubes into the medium and put the Bobbin heater into the tube. It is now easy to replace the ceramic heater without having to empty or open the water tank. These pipes are equipped with flanges or threads for easy installation, and sensors, thermostats or limiters are also built into the custom junction box.
Application examples are hot air ovens, industrial bathrooms and water tanks, oil heaters, air heaters and boilers. Our ceramic Bobbin heaters are available in cylindrical and rectangular designs.
