Coconut shell powder is classified as its size. The scientific name is cocos nucifera. It is with light brown color and free flowing condition. Moisture content and Ash content are 12.0% max and 1.3% max respectively. The pH value is in the range of 5.0-7.0 while Mohs Hardness @20 C is 3.0-4.0.
The apparent density (g/cc) varies according to the size.
