Trident has developed a range of solid tires for skid steer loaders.The tires have an abrasion resistant tread that is specifically compounded for use on a wide range of working conditions that skid steer loaders are used in. Solid skid steer tires have useable tread depths between 60 to 90 mm as compared to 20-25 mm tread depths on most pneumatic skid steer tires currently available. The extra deep tread gives a greater wear volume, consequently enhancing the lifespan of tire.Tridentâ??s solid skid-steer tires are available in multiple patterns to suit different applications. Tires are mounted on Heavy-Duty wheels, and are supplied ready-to-fit with no special mounting equipment required.
These zero maintenance tires are a sound investment for demanding applications such as quarrying, mining, construction, scrap and recycling yards, steel mills, solid waste management, ports, etc.Solid skid steer tire biggest advantage is that they carry heavy loads without collapsing. The apertures on solid skid tire help to give soft ride.
