Urea Phosphate is white granular crystal,easily soluble in water,insoluble in organic solvents.Melting point is 117.3�ºC,aqueous solution is strongly acidic,PH value of 1% aqueous solution is 1.89.Poor thermal stability. UP is used as feedstuff additative,high effecient frtilizer and silage preservative in agriculture.It is used flame retardant, detergent,deruster,preservative in industry.
