Organic Guarana in vegetable capsules
The guarana from Maus is special: cultivated by hundreds of small producers, it receives that affection that only family farming can provide. Not having access to machines and implements, it is harvested by hand, choosing only the ripe fruit, and after washing, the seed is roasted for more than 6 hours to remove all the moisture and release the characteristic aromas. This special roasting allows it to be peeled before being made into a stick or ground with ultra-fine sieves. That's why the powder is highly soluble and has an unmistakable taste. It is not the case that Maus, land of longevity, received the Geographical Indication of Origin, which recognizes the excellence of the product with unique characteristics.
Our guarana is grown according to strict organic production standards, in balance with the soil and the environment, without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, valuing producers and contributing to the socio-environmental development of communities and the region. The crops on the producers' properties and the processing at the cooperative's plant were certified by IBD Certificados, the largest certifier in Latin America.
The vegetable capsules are produced by Mawin, a leading company in the market, using plant material from the White Ip�ª tree, being certified Vegan, Kosher and Halal.
