Tapioca chips is a snack food made from thin wafers of deep fried cassava root. It is commonly found in South India and Sri Lanka, as well as in Indonesia where it is known as kripik singkong (cassava chips).
Sugarcane (Saccharum officinarum Linn) is a plant for raw sugar. Plants of this type of grass (Gramineae) can only grow in tropical climates. The age of the plant from planting until it can be harvested reaches approximately 1 year. In Indonesia, sugar cane is widely cultivated on the islands of Java and Sumatra.
