Monofloral honey with excelent smell, delicate flavor, very sweet and balsamic with a medium-high persistence. Collected throughout the province of Granada (Andalusia, Spain). It crystallizes fairly quickly, ideal for respiratory deseases.

Collected in the province of Granada (Andalusia, Spain), mainly in the area of Sierra Nevada (Sierra Nevada Mountains) and the Alpujarras (specific mountainous area in Granada).
