Embossed S/S lines protect nonstick coating on a recessed layer from metal utensil.

Comparion
Normal s/s pan needs careful heat control before and during cooking.
Surface of coated s/s pan is easily scratched out by metal utensils.
Quality
It has to keep clean borders between raised and recessed layers.
Coating of recessed layer has to be protected and to be clean after all manufacturing processes.
Coating was not damaged after finishing all processes and show clean surface through microscope due to special own process of ultrasonic waves washing.
All lines are clear without abrasion and show well balanced coating.
