Coconut coir is a natural fiber extracted from the outer husk of coconut and used in products such as floor mats, doormats, brushes and mattresses. Coir is the fibrous material found between the hard, internal shell and the outer coat of a coconut.

Desiccated Coconut
Desiccated Coconut Powder is obtained by drying ground or shredded coconut kernel after the removal of brown testa. It finds extensive use in confectioneries, puddings and many other food preparations as a substitute to raw grated coconut. Desiccated coconut is rich in healthy saturated fats with no cholesterol and is also a good source of dietary fiber. We split our desiccated coconut into two grades, one being Fine, and the other being Extra Fine.
Specification: White and free from yellow specks. Mild and sweet taste of coconut flavour, free from foreign scent.
