Calcium carbonate is a chemical compound of formula
CaCO3, in white powder form.
Calcium carbonate is practically undissolved in water
(only 1.4 mg per 100 ml of water). But if the water contains carbon
dioxide, the dissolution of calcium carbonate in the water increases due to the formation of
bicarbonate.Calcium carbonate is rapidly degraded due to the effect of acids on it, as it liberates
carbon dioxide.
t is an inorganic compound and a salt of phosphoric acid. Phosphates and organophosphates are esters of
phosphorous acid. Phosphate is one of the minerals and internal natural resources, and is used after its extraction in
many agricultural and industrial uses.

Quartz: Quartz is one of the most popular minerals on earth and has many uses. Sand, which is made of small quartz pebbles, is the primary ingredient for making glass. We feel proud to introduce ourselves as a leading exporter of quartz blocks from Egypt. 1 ton or loose-fitting packages are provided for safe and easy delivery of quartz blocks. We welcome orders from the Middle East, East Asia and many other countries and guarantee timely shipment. Applications: It is used as an abrasive for sandblasting, glass grinding and fine stone cutting. Quartz powder is also used in ceramic tiles with feldspar.
They are pure white sand rocks that contain a high percentage
of SiO2 silica (more than 99%) mainly composed of quartz
mineral granules and contain a small amount of impurities
and heavy metals (less than 0.1%). As for the term glass sand,
it is called silica sand (quartz), which has physical and chemical
properties that are suitable for the glass industry, for example, the size of the granules, which
usually ranges between 100 - 500 microns, and the percentage of iron oxides (Fe2O3) less than
0.05%. Silica sands are uncovered in several areas in southern Jordan, and these sands date back
to the lower Ordevici and lower Cretaceous periods.
Glass sand use
1- Glassware, crystal glass, glass panels, fiberglass, optics glass.
2- Reducing solvent factor for base oxides in dissolution processes.
3- Water filters in wastewater stations and swimming pools.
4- A filler and extender material for the rubber, plastics, paper, paints and a special type of cement.
It is a mineral composed of aqueous magnesium silicate
in chemical form: H2Mg3 (SiO3) 4 or .Mg3Si4O10 (OH) 2
Talc is the softest mineral according to the Mohs scale
for hardness of minerals, and can be easily scratched with nails.
Widely used as that powder. It is transparent to opaque. Its color ranges from white to gray or
green and has a distinct waxy texture.
Talc uses
1- It is used in medicinal preparations.
2- It is used as an insulator in electrical insulators.
3- It is used in welding wires.
4- Plastic and leather tanning industry.
