Organic Jaggery Balls in our own farm from Organic Sugar Cane. In Manufacturing of Organic Jaggery Balls taking care from growing of sugar cane and cultivation field. In sugar cane cultivation maximum used only natural organic fertilizers like cow dung, cow manure and other natural manure. The difference between organic and commercial Jaggery balls making is mainly in clarification process. Clarification process is used to remove the impurities from the juice. In organic Jaggery making process used only organic clarificants and little bit of lime to decrease the acidity of juice.
