Olive comes from olive trees of more than one hundred years, perfectly adapted to our climate in the South of Spain, from varieties Picual and Cornicabra.
We obtained our olive juice funder cold temperatures by physical process, in order to preserve the varietal character. We obtain a superior category: Extra Virgin Olive Oil.Golden Color with a pleasant aroma of fresh olives and nuts on the palate shows a slight bitter taste and light spicy notes, displaying the good join between variety and terroir.
